She provided plenty of listings for me to review prior to my travel to Arizona to look at homes. She arranged her schedule to spend a few days with me showing homes and bringing me back for a second look. She was patient and very accommodating. Throughout the process she was well organized and stayed on top of everthing, always sending emails, texts and making phone calls to keep me informed of the progress once I put in an offer. She provided names of insurance agents, home inspectors, mortgage companies and was present at the initial and final home inspections. She was able to get all issues addressed in a timely manner. She was always cordial and available to answer any of my questions. Since I was unable to attend the closing Lynda even took time to meet up with my cousin from Oro Valley to take her to the house the day of the closing and give her the keys. I would definitely recommend Long Realty to others.

A seamless transaction handled by a real pro. Not impressed with the Longs buyers agent, uplifting keys and remote without permission and prior to recording.. NOT OK!… just a bit too much, utterly unprofessional and completely unacceptable, in my book. So Longs gets a black mark for that agent performance. Her in-depth knowledge of the real estate market in Saddlebrooke helped us price our house accordingly to market standards. She was very helpful throughout the sale and the closing process. Lynda was randomly chosen and actually took time to show us around Tucson vs another company realtor that merely wanted to give us a map....not joking. We were from out of state and on limited time. Lynda was honest and sincere from the get go and she LISTENED to what we wanted. We returned to WI, and kept in touch via the online MLS listings....Lynda phoned us a few months later that she wanted us to look at a place....we looked online, LOVED it, put in an offer, flew out and sealed the deal. 10/8/2019 we CLOSED on our Arizona house!
